Established for over 20 years, our Bespoke plywood supplier can offer from their two large warehouses on site. They also hold significant stocks in Tilbury, Felixstowe and Liverpool. The company has achieved ISO9001 and are fully aware of their reponsibilities to ensure that all materials are sourced from managed and sustainable forests.
Several years ago the factory diversified from solely importing panel products to creating lines for Flat Bonding and vinyl Lamination. The panels produced on these two lines are manufactured for both external and internal use on permanent and relocatable buildings.
Laminating Line
Since 1996 our supplier has been performing its own contract laminating. Around 1500 panels per day are produced and a second line is shortly being installed.
Vinyl facing is a very effective way of producing a predocrated panel, with a very short lead time. By using this sort of panel there is no requirement for wet trades on site, so therefore greatly speeding up the building process.
We can supply many different colours and effects onto varying sized plywood, plasterboard, Fermacell and Cement Particleboard to suit your requirements.
Bonding
We also are pleased to be able offer a quality/reliable source of prebonded steel faced ply-core panels. These have a fast turnaround and are ultra strong bonded.
Following our own designs and the assistance of a major Swedish company our supplier has now developed a large range of unique Plastisol, Foodsafe, primer, Aluzink, Lead and Aluminium that are now being used by a wide range of modular building manufacturers.
We can also offer lead bonded panels to varying sizes and thickness in plasterboard and plywood. The factory are also capable of supplying non standard sizes to marry in with our clients designs if required.
