Lionvest pride ourselves on providing excellent service to you, our customers. We really appreciate that you have a lot of choice in today’s cramped flooring marketplace. We understand that it is simple to go elsewhere. Above all we aim to keep our current customers satisfied whilst, hopefully, attracting new ones along the way. A positive referral from another customer is the most satisfactory way of gaining new business to Lionvest.
Reviews and adjustments are constantly undertaken to improve stock control, delivery speed, simplify paperwork and streamline service. Whilst undeniably a sales office we aim to keep in touch without undue pressuring, give training to our staff to answer questions rather than keep passing you to other departments, and take comments and complaints very seriously. We try at all times to give accurate information and attempt to inform you as soon as possible if circumstances change with your order.
Our difference also lies in our stock. We take pride and have confidence in our flooring products and attempt to read the market effectively through years of experience to order in months in advance what customers are likely to need in weeks to come. With 1500 pallets of flooring kept for ready delivery we feel this makes us pretty unique. We also take a very responsible view of environmental factors, appreciating that our trade have not got the most positive reputation for considering such factors against price.
